Refunds & Returns Policy

All items are final sale. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed.


Pre-Orders & Production

Many of our items are made-to-order or pre-order. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timelines.

Failed Deliveries / Duties Unpaid

 

Orders returned due to unpaid duties, refusal, or failure to collect are not eligible for a refund.

 

Reshipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at darkaugustworldwide@gmail.com with photos.

 

 

If approved, we will provide a replacement or resolution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

 


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
