Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-Order Items

  • This release is sold as a Pre-Order. This means your item is not ready to ship immediately.

  • Production begins after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production time is 1-2 months.

  • Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Estimated Shipping Timeline

  • Production & Processing: 1-2 months after the pre-order window closes

  • Shipping: 3–20 business days depending on destination

  • You will receive a tracking number (unless you chose Small Packed International shipping) once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to production schedules, shipping carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

EU Customers:

VAT & import duties are included at checkout (DDP).

You must be available to receive or collect your package.

Orders returned due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address are not refundable.

Order Updates

  • Customers will receive email updates throughout the pre-order and shipping process.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All pre-orders are final sale. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as production begins based on customer orders.

  • By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to wait for the stated production and shipping timelines.

Chargeback Policy

Because this is a pre-order system, filing a chargeback on your purchase does not exempt you from these terms. Customers are provided with clear notice of the pre-order method, and by completing checkout you accept these conditions. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
